You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any broker accounts connected to the App. You agree that all trades executed through connected broker accounts are placed entirely at your own discretion and risk.
The App interfaces with third-party stock brokers via official APIs. Wealthify does not operate as a registered broker-dealer and is not liable for broker API downtime, execution latency, or exchange outages.
The Smart AI terminal provides quantitative multi-timeframe reasoning and stock structure analysis based on historical patterns and verified market feeds. Artificial intelligence models may occasionally produce approximations; you should independently verify all price levels and trade parameters before placing orders.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wealthify and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential trading losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or misuse of automated API services.
