By downloading, installing, or using the **Expense Tracker** mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

We do **not** provide professional financial advice, wealth management consultation, or accounting audits. All budget decisions and financial planning are executed under your sole risk and discretion.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial tracking purposes. Because the application operates offline-first, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your tracking history if you change devices.

2. Data Accuracy Disclaimers

All calculations, graphs, and category summaries generated inside the App are based on the manual transaction inputs you provide. We do not pull data from your bank account or credit card APIs automatically. The accuracy of all budgets and financial trackers is dependent on manual input logging.

3. Limitations of Liability

We provide the App "as is". In no event shall Expense Tracker, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including financial losses, database corruption, or loss of metrics data) arising from using the application.

4. Data Control & Termination

You retain full ownership of your logged data. You can terminate use of the service and delete all recorded data instantly by uninstalling the application or clearing the application storage in your device settings.
